Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products include cosmetic lip brushes, scoops, and other items that are packaged as gifts and intended for personal use, all sales are final. Once your order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened items, or items that may have been used.

Damages, missing, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • your order arrives damaged or defective, or

  • you receive the wrong item, or

  • something is missing from your package.

Email us at hello@kleanfun.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method. In most cases we do not require the item to be returned, but if we do, we’ll provide instructions.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Cosmetic and personal care items (including all Klear Girl products, lip brushes, scoops, and gift sets)

  • Any opened, unsealed, or potentially used item

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

European Union customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights (including a right to cancel or return within a cooling-off period) under local law. These rights are not affected by this policy. However, please note that sealed personal care and cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery may not be eligible for return under those rules.

Refund timing

If we approve a refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
